Delivery and returns

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European union. For more details please visit our delivery and returns page.

Can I return the products I ordered?

For items described as made-to-order (such as our hoodies and sweatshirts) we are unable to accept returns. These items are produced only when you place your order and we are unable to re-sell them. Please check the size and fit information carefully before placing your order. Our made-to-order products have key measurements displayed in each relevant product page to assist you in making an informed decision before placing an order.

For other items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note that return shipping fees are applicable to returns. For UK orders, these are £3.80 and for European Union orders these are €9.60. These will be deducted from your refund if your return is accepted, otherwise your chosen payment method will be charged for the return postage fee.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery prices are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address. For orders above £35 we offer free shipping to the UK. For more details please visit our delivery and returns page.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days. Items described as made-to-order can take an additional 3-5 working days during busy periods. If after that timeframe you have not received your order please contact customer service at hello@typeandspace.com

Are taxes, custom duties and fees included?

Yes, for UK and EU orders all relevant charges are included. This means you are unlikely to experience customs related delays and will not be asked to pay more after checkout. Delivery to addresses outside the UK and EU may be subject to import taxes, duties and admin fees once it arrives in the destination country. Is the payment process secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption technology which means your details are safe. We do not store your payment details. Our payment solution is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant which means it meets the high security standards determined by the major credit and debit card providers.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are shown at checkout and vary depending on your location. We accept most major debit and credit cards in all our shipping destinations.

Couldn’t get an answer to your question?

Get in touch with us. We aim to respond to your queries within 3-5 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas it might take longer. Please include your full name and order number if your query relates to a specific item.
